Jordan Chang (b. 1997) is an aspiring student-artist currently studying in LASALLE College of the Arts. His art practice is informed by pop-culture such as anime, manga, cartoons and video games with which he indulged growing up.

 

His student works have been featured in LASALLE related exhibitions such as DI.MIS.2018 (2018) and Walkway (Art Space): Time Framed (2019).

 

In this most recent exhibition Walkway (Art Space) Time Framed, his work attempted to explain the graphic novel moment-to-moment flow through the antics of an elusive cat. It touched upon themes of compression and suppression of emotions and fears.
